∙ MEET YOUR SOMMELIER ∙ For those unfamiliar with her work, Cicely Elliott-Berry is a prominent British entrepreneur. She is widely recognised as the Director and Co-Founder of Sibling Distillery, and also the owner of Our House, a popular wine and cocktail bar located in Gloucester. Cicely has built an impressive reputation within the drinks industry, driven by her deep passion and extensive expertise. In early 2024, she significantly expanded her focus on wine, pursuing advanced knowledge through Level 2 and Level 3 Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) certifications. Alongside her studies, she has successfully worked as a wine advisor, assisting private clients in curating cellars and building impressive wine collections. |
∙ GUIDED WINE INTRODUCTIONS ∙ Before each course, Cicely will provide guided wine introductions, offering insights into what makes each wine unique. Guests will learn how winemaking techniques, climate, and terroir shape its character, and why it is the ideal match for the accompanying dish.
