∙ AN ODE TO LOCAL FLAVOURS ∙ The service at The Back Garden was attentive and friendly, striking the perfect balance between professional and welcoming. Our meal began with an exquisite amuse-bouche of a butternut velouté, a delicious start that set the tone for the quality and the flavours that followed. For the start of the meal, we also enjoyed a lovely sourdough from artisan Cotswold bakery Otis & Belle, a pointer of what was to come by emphasising the restaurant’s dedication to local suppliers. |
